Shipping Information

Items are shipped within USA only. All orders are shipped from Raleigh, NC. See shipping options below. For any lost packages or items, or if you would like to obtain a proof of delivery, you can refer to the tracking number provided to you or you may email directly at the.crafthouse.llc@gmail.com. Please provide your original order number in the email.

Ground: $5.99 all items up to 2.39 lbs (this excludes wreaths)

$8.70 all items 2.40 to 2.99 lbs (this excludes wreath)

$15.00 all items 3.00 lbs and up (including wreaths)

Hand Delivery Options are Available: $5.99 for any item regardless of weight for Raleigh/Durham and Surrounding areas. You will be contacted by the Owner once order is ready to arrange delivery. (Please select hand delivery at checkout)

Surrounding Areas include: Cary, Chapel Hill, Clayton, Durham, Fuquay Varina, Garner, Goldsboro, Holly Springs, Kinston, Raleigh and Smithfield. Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges: Due to most items being custom made, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.

Defective Items: Please contact us via email: the.crafthouse.llc@gmail.com and provide pictures of the defective item, a brief description of the issue and reference the original order number which is listed on the receipt. We will immediately address all concerns.

Important: The original shipping fees are non-refundable. You may send defective items to us by prepaid UPS, Fed Ex or US Postal Service. Please insure the shipment as we cannot be responsible for uninsured packages.
